1 Right of revocation
1. Dem Kunden steht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen ab Vertragsabschluss zu. Um Gebrauch von ihrem Widerrufsrecht zu machen schreiben Sie uns bitte eine Email [email protected]. Die Kosten der Rücksendung sind vom Kunden zu tragen.
2. Rückerstattung des gezahlten Kaufpreises
We will transfer your payment back to the payment method you used within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
3 Exclusion of the right of revocation
For hygiene reasons, only items with an unopened hygiene seal can be returned and the purchase price refunded. Likewise, we cannot refund goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. making jewelry with/without engraving) (§ 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG).
