In case of contradictions between the English and German versions of the terms and conditions, the German version shall exclusively apply.
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for an online webshop according to Austrian law
Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts that are concluded via our online web shop.
1.2 Deviating or supplementary conditions of the customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of our products in the online web shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
3.2 By sending an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept this offer by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or by shipping the ordered goods.
4. Prices and terms of payment
4.1 The prices stated in the online webshop are in euros and include the statutory value added tax.
4.2 Payment is made using the payment method selected by the customer in the web shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer) upon completion of the order.
4.3 When selecting the payment method direct bank transfer, the customer commits to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
5. Terms of Delivery
5.1 Delivery takes place within approx. 14 days from receipt of payment (usually faster).
5.2 If an ordered item is not available, we will inform the customer immediately and, if necessary, refund any payments already received.
6. Right of revocation
6.1 The customer has a statutory right of revocation of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. To make use of your right of revociation, please send us an email to [email protected]. The costs of the return are to be borne by the customer.
6.2 Refund of Purchase Price Paid
We will transfer your payment back to the payment method you used within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
6.3. Exclusion of the right of revocation
For hygiene reasons, only items with an unopened hygiene seal can be returned and the purchase price refunded. Likewise, we cannot refund goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. making jewelry with/without engraving) (§ 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG).
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
8. Liability
We are liable for personal injury and for damage that is based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on our part. We are only liable for other damages if they are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations. In these cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our data protection declaration.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Austrian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
10.2 The competent court at the registered office of our company is exclusively responsible for disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions and the resulting contractual relationships.
